Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for reasons other than breakage.

Please be aware that handmade pottery is not machine-manufactured. Each piece is made by a human and will contain imperfections. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact me at rachael@thirdperson.shop for additional photos or further description of the piece. There is a goodwill attempt to represent all products as accurately as possible. Lighting, lenses, and screens may distort a piece's colors and/or shape.

 

In the rare and unfortunate event that your item is broken in transit, contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Email a picture of the item in the delivery box with the break clearly visible. I will do my best to quickly resolve this issue with a replacement or refund. This will only be offered within the first 48 hours after your shipment has been marked as delivered.

Handmade pottery may be dishwasher safe, but handwashing is always recommended to ensure longevity. All food-safe pieces are microwave safe.

I am not responsible for items that break during washing and normal use. All mugs are temperature tested, but in the event that hot liquid causes cracks or breaks within 30 days of purchase, please send a picture and contact me promptly. I will do my best to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.
