We are burnished practicing presence. And you. You are sitting near a babbling stream. You listen to its gentle laps and clear water soften stone, adding lines to the Odysseys which will be told to others many years from now. You think of those that will hear it. The ground beneath is cool. Your hand grazes clumps of mud, sand, and silt. The air carries notes of wet moss and sonder in gentle gusts that temper the sun. You are here.
